Access the "My Account" from the top bar of the site and complete the fields available with personal data. Please use the contact information and valid data, no pseudonyms or nicknames to avoid contact or billing errors.

To manage messages efficiently, timely and targeted, please contact us at the phone number displayed on the site (xxxxxxxxxxxxx) or use the contact form on the contact page, selecting the department that best matches your request. Answer any request, by phone or by e-mail, will be established during working hours on site.

 

When i can place orders?

You can place orders any day of the week, any time, but taking orders are made every working day schedule mentioned in the website contact page. It can take orders on holidays or for extending working hours, this information is communicated prior to the contact page. For orders placed outside of working hours, their acquisition will be the next day or the first working day of the week.

 

How to search a product?

Use system filters on the left and selected after a specific product category. You can use the "search" at the top of the site, type the product name.
If you find a product but would like more information about this use the "request technical information" product page. Our sales representatives will provide all necessary support.
